We are not an HOA. We are a volunteer neighborhood association – a community organization run by volunteer residents.
What we Do
The objective of the Association shall be to enhance the livability of our neighborhood by
working to create a beautiful, safe, and healthy environment by
Promoting a safe living environment for all residents.
Having an effective, unifed voice to address issues that impact the neighborhood.
Maintaining a direct line of communication with officials of the City of San Antonio
and other agencies.
Elevating and promoting the image of the neighborhood.
Conducting social activities that create a greater sense of community and identity
among residents.

Membership.
Our goals are to collectively come together to enhance our neighborhood looks, provide resources and create awareness of issues.
The Board.
Our organization was created by the residents of our neighborhood to promote communication and cohesiveness of community. Together we preserve and enhance the quality of life in our neighborhood, promote safety, encourage a maintained home appearance, generate a family atmosphere, and solid neighbor relationships.
Our membership portal is only for Colonial Hills Neighborhood Residents and nearby Businesses supporting CHNA.
The portal login is to provide access for members and share more Info about you, be in the optional directory, be aware of COPS and SAFFE Officer alerts, gain greater communication with District 1, participate in online garage sale, etc.

With us you’ll feel heard and build better relationships with your neighbors. We listen to our neighbors concerns, interests and although we are not mediators for neighbor issues, we provide great resources to connect and hopefully you gain greater assistance where needed.
